My name is Annie Teo although I was born in France, I have been living in Kuching, Sarawak, in East Malaysia for many years now. Most importantly, I am a clinical hypnotherapist, and it may surprise you to know that I actually hypnotise people with the purpose of waking them up! That’s right; my goal is to awaken every single one of my clients to their own positive awareness. By doing so, I provide them with the marvelous opportunity to start living their best life.

How do I do that?
By teaching you to take control over your thoughts and over your emotions.
Have you ever thought of the beauty and perfection of your own body? You will surely agree that no human engineer could ever create such perfection. Together with this perfect body we have also been given a beautiful mind that creates energy in the form of thoughts which give us the power to be creative.
Now here’s a catch 22: our thoughts are governed by emotions. Those emotions are either positive or negative. When we feel good, we produce and project positive energy or vibrations. When we feel bad, we produce and project negative energy or vibrations.Love, joy, enthusiasm, are positive emotions.Hatred, envy, jealousy, anger, are negative emotions.
When your thoughts are positive you attract positive energy, positive people as well as positive events. Likewise, when your thoughts are negative, you attract negative energy, negative people and negative events into your life.The world around you is merely a reflection of your own vibrations; this is why you should not let negative thoughts dictate your life and why you should control them; not them you.
The good news is that you have the power to take control of your emotions and of your thoughts; you have the power to change. Another good news is that hypnotherapy can help you change for the better.

How hypnotherapy will help you.
Hypnotherapy is therapy done under hypnosis which is a state of magnified concentration that leads to deep peaceful relaxation. While you are so relaxed, you can fully focus on the voice of the therapist while she communicates with your subconscious mind, offering it positive suggestions helpful with your issues.
Hypnotherapy is thought therapy.
We become what we think about and that is a fact. What ever you see in your mind, whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you. Hypnotherapy will help you change your perception of what is around you so that you attract positive things into your life.

I have been practicing self hypnosis for many years now, I have successfully healed one of my lungs, I have ridden myself of the fear of driving, I have changed my diet and more commonly, I use it to simply feel good and relax. My family and friends are witnesses to the positive changes that have occured in time.

How difficult is it to learn? It is so easy! All you have to do is relax while sitting in a comfortable recliner and listen to my voice and simply RELAX! The more you’ll focus on my voice, the more you’ll relax. The more you’ll relax, the more you will be receptive to positive, helpful, uplifting, motivating suggestions.
-Is it mind control? Well yes it is but it is YOU WHO LEARN TO CONTROL your thoughts. At last you become your own master.
